Hi I’m Rach, a mum to 4 beautiful children with neurodivergence. I took the leap from the Corporate world to become a Career Coach and HR Consultant and discovered that I love helping other women get unstuck in their careers and being there to cheer them on.

I joined the business originally to book my own travel and enjoy the benefits of this business. I realised it’s so much more than that, it enables me to create the flexibility that I need in life to be there for my children. The icing on the cake is the power of the community and having others around you that uplift you! The whole experience has been amazing for me in learning news skills and building my confidence.

I’m on a mission to push myself out of my comfort zone because that’s where the magic happens and this year I ran a half marathon! 

I’m at the beginning of my journey and now I’m sharing this fabulous business with others so that you too can create a life that you deserve and want!
